The owner of "Shop Mexico Now", Nereida Grajeda de Rose, native of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, has been an entrepreneur all of her life.  Her curiosity, love of people, and all things Mexican has resulted in extensive travels throughout her homeland as well as other parts of Latin America.  She has established relationships with artisans whose products she purchases.  Many of these relationships have developed into life long friendships. 

There are no middle men nor corporate entities involved. Nereida buys these Mexican tops directly from the persons who produce the clothing and other products that you see on this website. Your purchases from "Shop Mexico Now" directly support the people who actually make these products; this is Fair Trade.

Nereida visits Mexico multiple times each year, visiting communities such as: San Cristobal de Las Casas Chiapas, Tonala Jalisco, Taxco Guerrero, Michoacan, La Sierra Tarahumada, Mata Ortiz Chihuahua and many other localities.

The Mexican embroidery on each shirt is intricately hand-embroidered by only the most talented artisans that have unique skills and patience that results in these breathtaking blouses.
